Description of investor conditions
1. The infrastructure construction of 1000 mu area of Jidi new city includes: total length of 3 kilometers of new city road construction, with a total investment of about eighty million RMB; total planning area of 180mu of Chuan Dong Cultural Park engineering construction, with a total investment of about one hundred and sixty million RMB; total planning area of about 20000 square meters of primary school construction with a total investment of 30 million RMB. The construction cost of above project will not decrease. 2. Purchase and storage, demolition and submitting for approval of 1000 mu area of Jidi new city. This area of land involves 1000mu (the government guaranteed that in the later land transfer activity, the area of leasing land will be no less than 730 mu). It needs 150million RMB to purchase and store, remove and submit for approval. The planning condition is volume rate≤3.1, building density≤30%, green area ratio≥30%. Total cost of land purchase is one hundred and fifty million RMB, and infrastructure engineering construction estimated as two hundred and seventy million RMB.
