It looks like a goat lying on the southeast foot of Wumeng Mountains, between Liuchong River and Sancha River. It is connected with Zhijin and Liuzhi in the southeast, Shuicheng in the southwest, Bijie and Hezhang in the northwest, Dafang in the northeast, 56 kilometers in the east-west direction and 48 kilometers in the north-south direction. The total area is 2452.32 square kilometers. The distance between Nayong County and Guiyang, the provincial capital, is 160km, and the whole journey is only an hour and a half by high-speed driving. The total population of the county is about 1.09 million, of which the urban population is about 415,600; the urban house price is 3,600 yuan/m2 – 5,100 yuan/m2, and the price of commercial building is 18,000 yuan/m2 – 30,000 yuan/m2. (1) Plot XQJS2019-06 is a commercial land with an area of 5.58 mu and the plot ratio is 1.2 with a price of 1.2 million yuan/mu. The Plot is located in the west area of Nayong County, at the intersection of Fazhan Avenue and Fuxing West Road, and is in the core area of the old county; along the Fazhan Avenue, 1 km to the southwest is Nayong County Railway Station, which is also an important transportation hub of Nayong County; in the core area of the old city, there are roads on three sides of the Plot; as a small area of pure commercial Plot, it has great commercial investment value.
