High-strength ductility steel plate can be applied to anti-collision parts of automobiles that have a high safety requirement (such as anti-collision beam of automobile, anti-collision beam of door) as well as key positions in construction and equipment manufacturing industry with a high safety requirement. High-strength ductility steel plate can gain no less than 30 percent ductility in 1,000MPa steel, can also obtain no less than 20 percent ductility in 1,500MPa steel (strong ductility is also greater than 30GPa%) if M3 organization and regulation theory is applied. It has not only a high strength, but also a high ductility, thus ensuring a good moldability. Laboratory experiment and industrial trial have fully proved that M3 organization and regulation is effective and practical to improve the performance of iron and steel materials, and has currently been used in anti-collision beam of automobiles in the cooperative manufacturers. Application examples of high-strength ductility steel plate include prefabricated building column and major load-bearing steel column in the prefabricated steel building.
